These terms describe how payment works on draperylife.com.
1. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods shown during checkout when you confirm your order. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payments are processed through a secure external payment gateway.
2. When You Are Charged
Your order is charged when you confirm your purchase, unless your quote explicitly states a different payment schedule (for example, a deposit followed by a later balance).
3. Technical Visit Fee
If you book a technical visit, that charge is billed separately when you confirm the appointment time. See Technical Visit Terms.
4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices shown in the quote tool/configurator are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes based on your location are calculated and shown before you confirm payment.
5. Billing Errors
If you notice an incorrect charge, contact us right away so we can review and correct it.
