From placing your order to having drapes in your home: 3–4 weeks for manufacturing, plus 2–5 business days for shipping. If you add professional installation, scheduling typically adds 1–3 additional days. Total: usually 4–6 weeks.
Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after the transaction, subject to the official cancellation policy. After this window, changes are only possible if manufacturing has not started. Contact us immediately via Support if you need to make a change.
Because drapes are made-to-measure, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements. We strongly recommend using our Measuring Guide and double-checking before submitting. If you're unsure, book an Expert Visit — we measure for you at $49.99, may be credited toward a qualifying order.
Drapes are shipped via standard carrier and may be left at your door depending on your carrier's policy. If you add professional installation, you must be home during the scheduled installation window.
