Shipping & Cancellation Policy
Clear information about order timelines, shipping costs, and cancellation windows.
1. Production Timeline
All Drapery Life drapes are custom-manufactured. Production begins within 48 hours of payment confirmation and takes 3–4 weeks. This timeline begins on the first business day after payment is confirmed.
We do not offer rush production. All orders are manufactured in the order received.
2. Shipping Costs
- Orders over $2,000.00 (before tax): Free shipping
- Orders $2,000.00 or under: Flat $60.00 shipping fee
- No per-item, per-pound, or distance-based fees
- Shipping cost is shown before payment in the checkout summary
3. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all addresses in the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses. Professional installation is limited to Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
4. Delivery Timeframe
After manufacturing is complete, drapes are shipped via standard carrier. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. South Florida deliveries generally arrive within 2–3 business days of shipping.
Total estimated time from payment to delivery: 4–6 weeks.
5. Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking is provided through the carrier's tracking system. Drapery Life is not responsible for carrier delays after the product has been shipped.
6. Cancellation Policy
Because drapes enter production immediately after payment, cancellation windows are very limited:
- Within 48 hours of payment AND before production starts: Full refund (minus payment processing fee)
- After 48 hours or after production has started: No cancellation or refund possible
To request a cancellation, contact Support immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible even within 48 hours if production has already begun.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your drapes arrive damaged or are lost in transit, contact Support within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date, including your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and photos of the packaging.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim. Confirmed lost or carrier-damaged shipments will be replaced at no additional charge.
