By using Drapery Life and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of draperylife.com (the "Website") and purchase of products from Drapery Life, a brand of Prestige Window Treatments ("Company"). By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Products
All products are custom-made to your specifications. By submitting an order, you confirm that all measurements and configuration options entered are correct. The Company is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
2. Pricing
Prices are calculated based on your specifications and displayed before payment. All prices are in USD. Florida sales tax of 7% applies. A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at time of order. We use Stripe for payment processing. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or fraud.
4. Production and Delivery
Custom drapes are manufactured in 3–4 business weeks. Shipping takes 2–5 additional business days. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers after the product has been shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded except as specified in our Custom Product Policy. You acknowledge this limitation before completing checkout.
6. Expert Visit
The $49.99 Expert Visit fee is non-refundable once completed. It may be credited toward a qualifying custom drapery order depending on the current promotion and eligibility rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
