When will my drapes arrive?

Custom drapes take time to manufacture. Here's a clear, honest breakdown of every step — from payment to delivery.

From payment to delivery

Payment Confirmed → Production Begins

Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after the transaction, subject to the official cancellation policy. After this window, your drape specifications enter our manufacturing workflow and cannot be changed or cancelled (see Cancellation Policy).

Manufacturing: 3–4 Weeks

Your drapes are custom-manufactured to your exact width and height specifications. This includes fabric cutting, treatment, ripplefold pleat attachment, finishing, and quality inspection. Manufacturing takes 3–4 business weeks.

💡 You receive an email notification when manufacturing is complete and your drapes enter shipping.

Shipping: 2–5 Business Days

Once manufactured, drapes ship via standard carrier. Typical delivery in South Florida is 2–3 business days. You receive tracking information by email.

Estimated Total Time

4–6 weeks from payment to delivery (manufacturing + shipping). Add 1–3 days if you've scheduled professional installation.

Simple, flat shipping rates

Orders over $2,000.00 → Free Shipping
No minimum on number of curtains. If your total (before tax) reaches $2,000.00, shipping is automatically waived.

Orders under $2,000.00 → $60.00 Flat
One flat fee per order — no per-curtain, per-pound, or distance-based fees. What you see is what you pay.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. No surprises.

Shipping questions answered

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Professional installation is available only in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

Rush production is not currently available. All orders follow the standard 3–4 week production timeline. We plan to offer rush options in the future.

Drapes may be left at your door depending on your carrier's policy. If you've added professional installation, you must be home during the scheduled window.
